Can I request a fabric sample before placing a bulk order?
Yes, we understand the importance of touch and feel. You can order small swatches for most of our running fabrics for a nominal fee to ensure the color and texture meet your requirements.
What is your return and exchange policy?
Since fabrics are cut to specific lengths based on your order, we only accept returns or exchanges if the product is defective or if the wrong item was shipped. Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
Are the colors shown on the website accurate?
